A new pop-up window will open.

1. You can email the course directly by entering an email address or selecting users from the dropdown along with a message. Click Send Course Link to share the course link via email.
2. You can copy and share the link with learners via chat or other methods.
Note: You can either share the classroom link or course link with learners based on your preferences.

To do so, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: On your ProProfs Training Maker dashboard, click Users.
Step 2: Click the user’s email address to which you want to send the link.
Step 3: Again, click Email to share the invitation link.
Step 4: In the Send Invitation dialog, you can create an email message to go with your invitation. Use our default template, write your own, or click Email Templates to use one of our pre-defined messages. After composing the message, click Send to finish sharing the classroom invitation link.
Note: You can mention email addresses in CC if you wish to keep someone in the loop.
How to Privately Share a Course With Your Learners
Step 1: On your ProProfs Training Maker dashboard,
Click the Three Dots icon or the Kebab Menu icon.
Open Settings.
Step 2: On the settings page,
Go to Security (1).
Enable Private (2) to access additional security settings.
Customize (3) the security layer of your course:
1. You create users and assign them a set of courses. Users identify themselves by using a unique username/password combination.
2. You can enable private access with a link and password, so anyone without the password cannot access the course.
Best Practices
Use classroom invites for teams or internal users — this lets you track access, progress, and completion in one place.
Use password-protected links for sensitive or time-limited courses (e.g., compliance or certifications).
Embed courses into your website if you're offering public training or running marketing funnels.
Use QR codes at physical locations like job fairs, events, or onboarding stations to enable on-the-spot access.
Assign individual learners to specific courses when you're managing role-based access or staggered timelines.
Always test the share link yourself before sending it to learners—especially if you’ve applied custom security or access settings.
FAQs
How do I track who opened the course link?
If you share via the classroom or assign users individually, their progress is automatically tracked. But if you share a public link or embed it, reporting will only show anonymous completions.
Can learners access the course on mobile?
Yes. All courses are mobile-optimized, and learners can open links or scan QR codes from any smartphone or tablet browser — no app needed.
What’s the difference between classroom sharing and private sharing?
Classroom sharing ties access to registered users in your system, while private sharing lets anyone access the course with a password (no login needed).
Can I limit how many times a course link is used?
Not directly. If you want to restrict reuse, use classroom invites or enable login-based access with unique user credentials.
That is all about sharing a course with learners and inviting users to a classroom.
