How to Use Schedule Send for Email Invites in ProProfs Training Maker
Need to notify learners at the right time — without having to be online when it happens?
ProProfs Training Maker’s Schedule Send feature helps you plan and send course invites when they’re most likely to be seen and acted on. Whether you’re working across time zones, planning onboarding for new hires, or prepping a weekend compliance push, you can now control when your course emails go out.

Steps to schedule an email invite
Step 1: Click the send icon of a course on your ProProfs Training Maker dashboard.
Step 2: By default, the email section will open. Here, you can do the following:

Add recipients- You can add users and groups. Also, you can import contacts from third-party platforms, such as Gmail, Excel, and Mailchimp.

Subject- Enter the subject line

Message- Draft the body of your email.

Select Link- You can switch between the classroom and course links to send.
Step 3: Check Schedule Send. An overlay will open. Select the date and time that you want the email to be sent. Finally, click Schedule Send.
You will see a confirmation message of the scheduling.
To check or cancel your scheduled invites:

Click the send icon to open the Share dialog.

Go to Scheduled Invites. Here are the email addresses to whom the invite will be sent.

You can click Cancel Send and confirm to remove an email from the list.

Not directly. You’ll need to cancel the existing send and schedule a new one with your updated message.
Do learners see that the email was scheduled?
No. Scheduled emails appear exactly like real-time invites to learners.
Will I get notified if the email fails?
Not instantly, but you can always check the invite status under “Sent Invites” for delivery or bounce issues.
Can I use this feature with imported users?
Yes, once your users are imported and assigned to a course, you can schedule invites as usual.
