How to Use Schedule Send for Email Invites in ProProfs Training Maker

 

ProProfs Training Maker simplifies scheduling emails to learners for course sharing. The Schedule Send feature lets you easily notify learners of assigned courses and streamline enrollment. This saves time and effort, allowing you to focus on creating engaging course content.

 

The scheduled email invite looks the same as an instant one:

Why should you schedule email invites?

 

  • Improved Engagement: Send email invites strategically to maximize learner engagement and participation in training programs.

  • Streamlined Enrollment Management: Automate the sending of email invites to save time and effort. It can free up your team to focus on other tasks, such as developing new courses or providing support to learners.

  • Time Zone Adaptability: Overcome time zone barriers by scheduling email invites to be delivered at the appropriate local time. Learners are more likely to engage with invitations when they receive them in their time zone.

 

To schedule an email, you will need to:

 

Step 1: Click the send icon of a course on your ProProfs Training Maker dashboard.

 

Click the send icon to open the Share Course dialog

 

Step 2: By default, the email section will open. Here, you can do the following:

 

  1. Add recipients- You can add users and groups. Also, you can import contacts from third-party platforms, such as Gmail, Excel, and Mailchimp.

  2. Subject- Enter the subject line

  3. Message- Draft the body of your email.

  4. Select Link- You can switch between the classroom and course links to send.

Step 3: Check Schedule Send. An overlay will open. Select the date and time that you want the email to be sent. Finally, click Schedule Send.

 

Note: The scheduling will depend on your time zone. If you want to change, you can do it from My Account > Your Time Zone and click Change This.

 

Check Schedule Send and choose the date and time to send the email

 

You will see a confirmation message of the scheduling.

 

To check or cancel your scheduled invites:

 

  1. Click the send icon to open the Share dialog.

  2. Go to Scheduled Invites. Here are the email addresses to whom the invite will be sent.

  3. You can click Cancel Send and confirm to remove an email from the list.
