Step 1: On your ProProfs Training Maker dashboard,

  • Click on the Send icon of the course you want to share with your learners.

  • A new pop-up window will open.

Step 2: Here, you will find multiple ways to share a particular course with learners.


Share DIalog with available methods to share a course with learners  

1. You can email the course directly by entering an email address or selecting users from the dropdown along with a message. Click Send Course Link to share the course link via email.

2. You can copy and share the link with learners via chat or other methods.

Note: You can either share the classroom link or course link with learners based on your preferences.

3. You can use the social sharing buttons to share your course link on your social media pages directly.

 How to Share Courses via Online Classroom


You can share a course via your online classroom by sending an email notification to your learners.


To do so, please follow the steps below:


Step 1: On your ProProfs Training Maker dashboard, click Users.

Step 2: Click the user’s email address to which you want to send the link.

Step 3: Again, click Email to share the invitation link.

Step 4: In the Send Invitation dialog, you can create an email message to go with your invitation. Use our default template, write your own, or click Email Templates to use one of our pre-defined messages. After composing the message, click Send to finish sharing the classroom invitation link.


Note: You can mention email addresses in CC if you wish to keep someone in the loop.

 How to Privately Share a Course With Your Learners


Step 1: On your ProProfs Training Maker dashboard,


  • Click the Three Dots icon or the Kebab Menu icon.

  • Open Settings.

Step 2: On the settings page,


  • Go to Security (1).

  • Enable Private (2) to access additional security settings.

  • Customize (3) the security layer of your course:


1. You create users and assign them a set of courses. Users identify themselves by using a username/password combination that is unique to them.

2. You can enable private access with a link and password, so anyone who doesn't have the password cannot access the course.


Go to Security under Settings, switch to Private, and choose a method to share


That is all about sharing a course with learners and inviting users to a classroom.
