How to Integrate Google Drive & Dropbox With ProProfs Training Maker
In ProProfs Training Maker, you can easily import images & videos from Google Drive & Dropbox into your training courses.
Benefits of importing files:
Easily add large files to your training course and save storage
Add/replace media on the go to keep training courses updated
Below is how the files will appear after Google Drive's integration with Training Software:
Step 1. In the editor,
- Click on "Change Media."
Step 2. Go to "Upload."
Step 3: In the upload tab,
- Select the media type you want to upload, viz. image, video, document, spreadsheet, PPT.
- Click on the icon of the cloud platform from where you want to import i.e., Google Drive or Dropbox.
Step 4: A pop-up window will open asking you to connect with your Google Drive or Dropbox account.
Once you log in to your Drive or Dropbox account, a list of files will appear, as shown in the screenshot below.
You can select a file, and a preview will appear on the left. Click Done to finalize changes.
After clicking Done, the system will upload the file, and it will appear in the course as shown below.
That is all about importing files from Google Drive or Dropbox.
