FAQs
1. Can I replace a media file without re-uploading the entire course?
Yes. If you update the file in your Google Drive or Dropbox, you can re-import the updated file into the course editor without needing to recreate the chapter or page. This makes updating training material much faster.
2. What happens if a file is deleted from Google Drive or Dropbox after importing?
Once a file is imported into ProProfs Training Maker, it becomes part of your course content. Deleting it from your cloud storage afterward will not remove it from the course unless you manually replace or delete it from the editor.
3. Is there a file size limit when importing from Google Drive or Dropbox?
The import process itself does not limit file size beyond what Google Drive or Dropbox allows; however, for best performance, ProProfs recommends keeping uploaded files under 1 GB to avoid slow load times for learners.
