How to Integrate Google Drive & Dropbox With ProProfs Training Maker

 

In ProProfs Training Maker, you can easily import images & videos from Google Drive & Dropbox into your training courses.

  • Easily add large files to your training course and save storage

  • Add/replace media on the go to keep training courses updated

 

Below is how the files will appear after Google Drive's integration with Training Software:

How to Import Files From Google Drive & Dropbox

 

Step 1. In the editor,

 

  • Click on "Change Media."

Step 2. Go to "Upload."

Step 3: In the upload tab,

 

  • Select the media type you want to upload, viz. image, video, document, spreadsheet, PPT. 
  • Click on the icon of the cloud platform from where you want to import i.e., Google Drive or Dropbox.

NOTE: For Chapters, you can import images and videos. However, you can upload other file types such as documents, presentations, and excel sheets on pages within chapters.

Step 4: A pop-up window will open asking you to connect with your Google Drive or Dropbox account.

Once you log in to your Drive or Dropbox account, a list of files will appear, as shown in the screenshot below. 

 

You can select a file, and a preview will appear on the left. Click Done to finalize changes.

NOTE: You can select one file at a time to upload.

 

After clicking Done, the system will upload the file, and it will appear in the course as shown below.
