Integrating BambooHR with ProProfs Training Maker helps you manage employee learning without switching between systems. New hires can be automatically added to your Training Maker account, assigned relevant courses, and tracked while you manage user records inside BambooHR.

After syncing, you can view your training courses directly inside BambooHR: Go to Settings > Training (from the left menu).

How to Integrate ProProfs Training Maker with BambooHR
Step 1: Access the Classroom
On your ProProfs Training Maker account,

Go to the Classroom.

Click the kebab menu (three vertical dots) on the classroom you want to integrate.

Step 2: Enable the BambooHR Integration

Navigate to the Integrations menu.

Step 4: Sync Users and Courses
Click Sync to:

Once done, you will see the following:
You’ll receive an email confirmation once syncing is complete.
BambooHR employee details will be imported into your ProProfs Classroom as inactive users.
How to View Synced Users:

Navigate to the Classroom section in your ProProfs Training Maker account.

Click on the Users option under your classroom name.

How to Make a User Active:
To activate any user:

Click on the user’s name to open their profile.
