How to Integrate ProProfs Classroom With Bamboo HR
Integrate ProProfs LMS with Bamboo HR to streamline employee onboarding and training. The integration enables a seamless exchange of information between Bamboo HR and ProProfs Classroom.
By integrating ProProfs LMS with Bamboo HR:
You can automatically assign training courses to recruits.
You can track employees’ progress from the LMS and the Bamboo HR interface.
Here’s a preview of how the ProProfs LMS courses will appear in the Bamboo HR post-integration:
Step 1: In your ProProfs Training Maker account,
Go to Classroom.
Click on the three vertical dots or the kebab menu icon of a classroom you want to integrate.
Step 2: Click Integrations.
Step 3: Enable Bamboo HR integration and enter details in the pop-up box. Click Save.
After the integration is successful, you’ll see the following message:
Step 1: Log in to your Bamboo HR account.
Step 2: Click on the account icon on the top-right and select API keys.
Step 3: Click Add New Key.
Step 4: Click Generate Key.
Step 5: Copy the key and click Done.
For the Bamboo HR Domain, check the URL.
Now, enter these details in the ProProfs Classroom and Bamboo HR integration window and save.
Step 6: Click Sync to add all Bamboo HR employees to ProProfs LMS as users and all training courses in the ProProfs LMS to Bamboo HR Training section in Settings.
The synchronization will take some time to complete.
