How to Track Email Invitation Status?
The Email report tracks the status of every email Training Maker sends to learners — course invitations, group invites, and due date reminders. It lives under the Reports tab, in the Email section of the left sidebar.
What Is the Email Report?
The Email report is a real-time dashboard inside the Reports tab of ProProfs Training Maker. It records every email sent from your account and shows whether each one is Sent, Opened, or Pending. Summary cards at the top give totals, and the table below lists each learner’s email activity with its source and send date.
Why Use It?
Use the Email report when you need proof of what happened after an email left your account.
- A course starts next week and enrollments are flat. Check who never opened their invitation before you follow up.
- A learner insists the invite never arrived. Confirm its delivery status in the report instead of searching your outbox.
- A compliance deadline is closing in. Filter to Pending and resend every unopened invitation from one screen.

- A training manager filters the report to Pending before a compliance deadline and resends every unopened invitation.
- An HR coordinator confirms each new hire opened the onboarding invite during their first week.
- An instructor verifies that classroom invitations reached every learner after updating the course roster.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Click Reports in the top navigation bar and select Email in the left sidebar.
Step 2: Review the All, Sent, Opened, and Pending cards for a live count of every email status.
Step 3: Scroll the table to check each learner’s Source, Email Status, and Sent On details.
Step 4: Click the Sent card to filter the table to sent invitations.
Step 5: Click the Pending card to see invitations learners have not opened.
Step 6: Click the Resend icon in the Action column to send a pending invitation again.
