Connecting ProProfs Training Maker with BambooHR helps you manage employee learning without switching between systems.
New hires can be automatically added to your Training Maker account, assigned relevant courses, and tracked, all while you keep managing user records inside BambooHR.

Instead of uploading users manually, syncing the two platforms ensures your training assignments stay accurate, updated, and aligned with your HR processes.

How to Integrate ProProfs Classroom with Bamboo HR

 

Step 1: In your ProProfs Training Maker account,

 

  • Go to Classroom.

  • Click on the three vertical dots or the kebab menu icon of a classroom you want to integrate.

  • Click Edit.

 

 

Step 2: Click Integrations.

Step 3: Enable Bamboo HR integration and enter details in the pop-up box. Click Save.

How to Get Bamboo HR Domain and API

 

Step 1: Log in to your Bamboo HR account.

 

Step 2: Click on the account icon on the top right and select API keys.

Currently, the BambooHR integration syncs all active users in your BambooHR directory. After syncing, you can manually assign users to groups inside ProProfs for department-specific enrollments.
