How to Change the Credit Card/Billing Details
Updating your credit card or billing details ensures your subscription renews without issues and your learners don't lose access mid-training. It's especially important if your organization has changed cards, updated billing contacts, or adjusted plan usage.
Why This Matters
-
Prevents account disruptions – Outdated billing details can lead to failed payments, temporarily pausing your account access.
-
Supports smooth renewals – Ensures your plan renews on time without manual intervention.
-
Helps manage plan usage – Accurate billing helps your organization stay on track with pricing and learner limits.
How to Update Your Billing Details
1. Go to My Account, which appears when hovering the cursor over the profile icon in the top right corner.
2. Go to Billing on the left pane, click Update Credit Card, and proceed to change your details.
Don't forget to save your changes.
Best Practices
-
Double-check the expiration date and billing address when entering new card details to avoid payment errors.
-
If your team is switching from a trial to a paid plan, updating billing ensures you retain all courses, reports, and learner progress without interruptions.
-
For organizations managing multiple learners, choose a plan that matches your current usage to avoid upgrade prompts or delays.
