How Long Do You Store My Data?

Your data is stored securely for the entire duration of your active subscription. If your subscription ends or is canceled, your account is downgraded to the free plan. Some data will still be accessible, while other data is permanently removed due to storage policies.

What Happens When You Cancel or Let Your Subscription Expire?

If you stop paying for your premium plan:

  • Your account automatically switches to the free version

  • Your courses remain saved and can still be accessed or assigned

  • Learner attempts, scores, reports, and progress data are deleted

  • Premium features become inactive, including advanced reports, tracking tools, and automation

This means learners can still take your courses, but once the premium plan ends, you will not be able to see their quiz results, track progress, or generate reports.

Why Do We Delete Learner Data After Downgrade?

Storage of learner performance data requires dedicated infrastructure and is part of the premium service tier. To maintain system efficiency and protect data integrity, learner activity records are removed when premium access ends.

This ensures:

  • No outdated data remains tied to expired accounts

  • Secure handling of user information within retention policy limits

  • Fair use of storage resources across active customers

What You Can Do Before Your Plan Ends

If you're planning to cancel or pause your subscription, we recommend:

  • Exporting reports: Download quiz attempts, course completion records, and learner data before your premium access ends

  • Saving certificates: If your learners receive certificates, you can download them from the dashboard for offline record-keeping

  • Communicating with learners: Inform users about any access or tracking limitations after downgrade

Once data is deleted, it cannot be restored even if you reactivate your subscription later.

What Stays With the Free Plan?

After the downgrade, you still keep:

  • All courses and quizzes you created

  • Unlimited learner access to public or password-protected courses

  • Basic features like manual course sharing and quiz editing

You can continue to build and publish training material, but without access to past learner data or advanced admin tools.
